If regards to your comments on staffing and recruitment being some of the negatives, we recognize the ongoing challenges with labor staffing and continue to work hard in this area to best support our business operations. No doubt the last year + has been a challenge for many companies and our response has been to double our staffing resources to better support our operations leaders, invest heavily in job advertising and technology to improve the system efficiency and effectiveness, increase our referral bonus 5x over the original amount, and increase wages in several markets while also providing sign-on/retention bonuses.
