Pros

Paid vacation, holidays & sick time

Cons

Low pay, manager doesn’t care about employees . Whenever there is budget cuts it always falls on the employees never ever cut from the fat cats which has given Valley a reputation of being cheap and not appreciating its people.

Pros

If you’re someone that’s content and have no ambitions this is a good place for you.

Cons

Communication across the entire organization is extremely poor. There is no sense of urgency. Nothing is documented.

Pros

Gain banking skills and build relationships with some nice customers

Cons

The pay is very low compared to other banks even if you have a degree it seems. A lot of responsibility for so little pay. Very high turnover rate. It’s ridiculous. Leaving and finding a better job was a good decision
