Pros

Plenty of work to keep you busy and overtime is available. Great co-workers.

Cons

Expectations are very high and you fall behind if you can't work overtime for a few days.

Pros

Benefits for full time quite good.

Cons

Worked at various branches full time for 10 years+. Would loan you out to other branches, usually short staffed. Head teller was also expected to be full time line teller. No recognition for expanded efforts (ie) working opening till closing.

Pros

Paycheck and benefits. Reasonable commute.

Cons

Low salaries. Antiquated systems. Management was not open to new ideas, although they were trying to change that. Newcomers to the team were not welcomed by the old timers. The mass layoff was handled very poorly. By floor, people were herded into a conference room and advised that they had anywhere from 3 months to a year to work, and then were expected to return to work with no change in performance.
