Good work- life balance. Hours run from 8-5 pm. Managers are open to new ideas and discussions.

Cons

Some of the software is outdated and culture is also outdated.

Life balance, 401k match and free coffee:):):)

Cons

Low pay, very expensive health insurance with high deductibles.. really bad! Those who are occupying certain positions on the top are happy... those who are on the bottom do their work without any recognition.
