Pros

Low traffic, not the hardest job in the world. You do not get fired for not meeting your referral goal. One of the few places that gives you all the holidays off.

Cons

the upper management dont really care about the lower tier employees, they're cutting benefits constantly, low pay. Not allowed to even have a picture of a loved one on your desk. poor training, and overly complicated computer system with tons of paper work. Behind the times with technology. did i mention low pay ?

Antiquated systems for processing ANYTHING. Management is very old and all colleagues are close to retirement. No potential for growth
