Pros

There is enough to do to keep you busy Clean workplace Their tuition reimbursement plan is good

Cons

Poor management (lack of knowledge and people skills) Verbally abusive CIO Hours are not flexible despite expectation of 24x7 support Pay is not competitive Always take the easy way out (knowing what I know, I would not bank here as a customer if I had a choice, which I don't since they force you to open an account for your pay)
