Pros

The lobby area closed at 3pm. After that, we did not have to take a customer between the hours of 3-6pm.

Cons

Management's main purpose is to give out "write ups". Too much favoritism. You will only be noticed if you make a mistake, not if you do something great! Be prepared to work late nights and weekends, if you are single and do not have kids.

None that I can think of, I was hired during high school it was really good for someone who could only work a certain number of hours per week and only certain days.
