      Pros

      good benefits, nice people, hybrid positions allowed better work-life balance.

      Cons

      They decided to cut bonuses from being given quarterly to now once a year. At the worst time too because inflation already hard, now we are technically making less and all because of people who pushed for this probably don't need it. Also the system is horrible makes it so much harder to do your job. i would never recommend this company for anyone to work or bank with.

      Toxic work environment, expect way too much too fast, behind on technology, inappropriate behavior, cult like, was expecting a professional environment where I could grow and the firm didn’t come close to expectation discussed before I took the position

      Pros

      Valley has a good footprint in NJ with room for growth which will yield opportunities. The organization is taking steps to improve internal controls and one can easily make lateral moves within the organization to explore varying career opportunities.

      Cons

      Leadership is disconnected from customer facing team members. A lot of personal time needs to be dedicated to tasks to ensure success. Staffing is a constant challenge and results are not reported or tracked efficiently.
