Pros

Great company to grow at. If you show that you want to advance, you will. Great pay and bonus scale.

Cons

Constant changes. Communication isn’t the best internally.

Pros

Valley is going through a full transition to become a more data driven organization. Their mission & vision gives you the motivation to be a relationship banker in any role. Hybrid work. Updated benefits. Nice new facility. Awesome colleagues. Very help.

Cons

Culture: poor communication, High turnover, lack of organization. Executive leadership is out of touch, not engaging or understanding of the day to day roles & responsibilities. They want to be a larger bank but lack the importance & value of processes for organization & efficiency. Employees are not treated in high regard. We don't want pizza!! There are no growth opportunities & training is not encouraged or resources given. The pay is not up today with current market. Eliminating of wfh/hybrid
