Pros

Great individuals who give their all Flexible work schedule Morristown location is very nice

Cons

Disorganization. Resource constraints of people and technology. Low Pay. Management claims “Performance based pay” but high performers are not compensated for their output. No work life balance, IT staff expected to work nights and weekends with little or no notice—all the time, without compensation. Too many managers, not enough IT people and back office staff to support and maintain products and systems. Senior management does not understand business management paradigms like Agile, or how to implement them.

Pros

Great work life balance with some amazing leaders here if you put in some effort into your work.

Cons

Not as competitive as other larger banks but don’t have to work as many hours either
