Pros

Local coworkers were great. Clients appreciated our efforts. Decent product selection.

Cons

No real direction from senior management. Company focus seemed to change monthly. Low pay, and a convoluted, difficult to achieve incentive plan with a minimal payout. The most successful sales people are those who have close ties with senior management, and are fed deals. Worst health insurance I've ever seen.
