Pros

The people you work with

Cons

hours, upper management, sales goals, lack of direction, no room for advancement. They boast that they don't have any debt but that's only because they continuously buy out other banks, not because they're actually doing well.

Pros

401k match to 5% period!

Cons

System is very inefficient, poor salary, poor bonuses, very low increase in salarys, always short staff, as a banker you are expected to do teller job and a banker job combine with a teller salary witch i find abusive! If you need assistance in back office o wish you luck! I will say the retail part of valley better to be avoid.
