Pros

Can be fun depending on co-workers Hours

Cons

Not a well managed company. If you’ve ever worked for a large company you will not be impressed. If the executive team worked for a real bank they would be middle management. They claim to put a high priority on diversity and inclusion but all but 1 individual on the executive committee are middle aged white men.
