Working with the residents. They become your second family.

Cons

The face that you're expected to work and be available 24/7 no matter what for less than what it should pay. As as PS you do not get paid for working overtime no matter how much you work, while salaried PMs do. No matter what house you are at, there is always some sort of drama between staff.
