my team was a good team, great clinical training

sketchy upper management, little room for growth or upward mobility, management is not transparent, and just really breeds a culture of fear and tension.

Decent benefits, rewarding to work with the individuals

Cons

Horrid management. Awful communication, micro-managing without an end goal. “Controller” of the fiscal department has a God complex like no other. (CFO is no better). Mentally and physically deteriorating to work under. Zero communication all around, especially between departments. Management will not support you. Fiscal department has been empty twice, take that as a warning.
