Awful - Fiscal Department Valley Community Services Employee Review

Horrid management. Awful communication, micro-managing without an end goal. “Controller” of the fiscal department has a God complex like no other. (CFO is no better). Mentally and physically deteriorating to work under. Zero communication all around, especially between departments. Management will not support you. Fiscal department has been empty twice, take that as a warning.
