      Pros

      I recently started but so far I love it! Everyone is very welcoming, genuine, supportive, and my team is amazing. Training was wonderful and professional. From what I see, this company really cares about their employees and their career growth but also encourages everyone to have a work-life balance which is hard to find in other companies.

      Cons

      Honestly, no cons come to mind.

      It’s been going through changes

      Pros

      Co-worker were overall good. Pay started alright but once you have experience they don’t keep up.

      Cons

      A lot of company bloat. They kept adding new systems, ways of doing things, but when I left it appears they were trying to address this issue

      Thank you for the review. We definitely made some big changes in the past 60 days in our product development department. We have streamlined processes, made things much more efficient, and are now able to launch new products to market much faster to catch trends.       Best company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      The people here are what make this company extraordinary. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand — whether you’re new or have been here for years. It’s rare to find a workplace where coworkers feel more like family, but that’s exactly the culture here. There’s a shared sense of respect, encouragement, and collaboration that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. It’s a place where you’re seen, appreciated, and never made to feel like just a number.

      Cons

      Honestly, not many. Every company has its challenges, but when you’re surrounded by people who care, even those moments are easier to handle.
