Pros

The core values at Valley Strong are truly genuine. Team Members are encouraged to innovate and embrace the fun in their every day work. There is an open door policy with upper management that we're encourage to come to them any time with questions or conversation. Int the last year the way things are communicated down the line has been vastly improved upon, giving Team Members the information they want and need in a way that doesn't feel like constant bombardment of new information.

Cons

The constant influx of new rollouts can be overwhelming. While the need for updates is always there, the time to adjust to one before the next hits doesn't seem to be of concern. Collaboration between teams is needed to ensure change management is a focus. While diversity is celebrated the strategy behind the ERGs needs some work.
