At this point nothing pro of working here.

Cons

Preach all about Mental health and work life balance, yet refuse to hire anyone and make only certain positions work 6 days a week ( when there’s PLENTY of others with the full capability to do the same job.) When working 6 days you have to chose to either take a full non paid day off or work 4 hours on your “day off” just to get your bare minimum 40 hour work week. You’re expected to be at work even when sick. Managers literally leave to go get pedicures and get their lashes done while 2 people are left on the line working. Ridiculous. Work life balance only for those salaried managers.
