I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO WORK HERE. I would also be weary of all the positive reviews here because the company sends out emails telling employees to write Glassdoor reviews. This organization's core values only seem to apply to those in management or administrative positions. The frontline employees that are integral to the success of this business get little to no support, it's all talk. Stressful environment. Supervisors micromanage. Your company culture experience will vary based on which branch/department you are in. Pray to God you don't get sick while working here because they will turn the tables on you. There is no care or compassion from supervisors or HR department. They'll give you the run around and treat you as if they have no morals or respect for the lives of others. I've heard multiple stories from co-workers and mutuals about the way they handle illness. It's truly disgusting and disheartening they way they treat team members. They will make you feel disposable. Lesson learned, an organization that is always hiring is not an organization you want to work for.
