There was a great team environment, they were always providing incentives, yearly raises, great company structure, accountability, opportunities for growth

Cons

At times, there was too much of an emphasis on selling products. It put representatives in somewhat uncomfortable situations at times.

If you are a motivated individual with a can do attitude you will have ample opportunity to move up. Management is encouraging.

Cons

Can sometimes remind you of high school clics depending on the branch you work at. Understaffed at times so you carry the work load of others.
