Many of the back office and leadership come from being tellers in the branches. - Our compensation and benefits are above the average of other organizations. Team Members receive an annual increase based on performance and 5% promotional increases upon completing promotional career paths. Team Members are in control of completing these paths or not, so nothing is holding them back from getting a promotional increase. - We have so many amazing people who work at Valley Strong CU who contribute to the best culture I have experienced. Our team members created our core values, and the values they selected truly reflect the values of everyone who works here. - Valley Strong has multiple DEI groups and actively celebrates diversity of thought in the workplace. Diversity isn't just a buzzword around the organization; Team Members actively embrace it and its importance.
