Great work environment, pay and culture. Working here has been a rewarding experience overall. The company truly values its employees and fosters a welcoming environment. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employees. I can't say enough about our community involvement and the opportunities to volunteer.

You get to attend a lot of elaborate events and pretend you’re important.

Cons

The credit union is 2000% against the true premise of a credit union movement. The CEO and execs are figure heads, padding their pockets with exorbitant salaries for negligible experience. They should be ashamed of the salaries they are claiming when this money is far above what other monolithic companies are paying their executives. They are paying lower level people pennies compared to their salaries. They aren’t returning profits to the members. It is filling their pockets.
