Great direct Manager and a paycheck. That's all.

The technology is terrible. Systems are the worst I've worked with, not productive at all. The IT team is clueless.

lots of smart people, but…

Cons

A lot of people come from a finance background so they work hard: lots of hours and face time … for average pay. It’s well known that the CEO is very good at overselling/being overly optimistic (in other words, lying through his teeth). Exec leadership is disconnected, values high execution over…human decency. Which leads to high turnover. There’s a good chance you’ll get fired quickly or burn out quickly here
