Thank you for sharing your honest reflections. It means a lot to hear that you crossed paths with great people during your time at Valor—our colleagues truly are the heart of who we are. We also want to sincerely acknowledge your concerns. Being understaffed and feeling stretched too thin is incredibly difficult, and we understand how that can impact not only your work, but your overall well-being. Your feedback is a powerful reminder of why we're focused on strengthening our support systems, improving staffing models, and creating a more sustainable balance for our teams. We’re sorry that your experience didn’t reflect the full potential of what we strive to build here. If you're ever open to continuing the conversation, we'd be grateful to hear more at HR@valorhealthcare.com. Thank you again for your time—and for the work you contributed during your time with us.

Horrible leadership, Dishonest. Unrealistic expectations! One person doing 3 to 4 jobs. The place is like a revolving door. Four providers in 4 years. Four RNs in 4 years. The people who do stay employed are sleeping,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the benefits of a Monday–Friday schedule with ample holidays, as work-life balance is something we strive to support across all our clinics. We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your time at Valor did not meet your expectations. Your feedback about leadership, workload, and turnover is important, and we take these concerns seriously. We recognize the impact that staffing changes and unclear responsibilities can have on morale, and we are continuously working to improve communication, support, and clinic operations. If you’d be open to sharing more about your experience or suggestions for improvement, we invite you to reach out to us at hr@valorhealthcare.com. Thank you for the care you provided to our Veterans, and we wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
