Pros

I was able to make it my own business coming and going with a very flexible schedule!

Cons

Too many 'pointing the finger' and too much blaiming others for ones' own mistake or mistakes. From the corporate level to inside the local level. Nobody wanted to claim their own mistakes, instead they wanted to blame you! Frustrating when you know Your own colleagues are to blame.
