Great Environment - Pay Not So Great

Pros

I've been provided with many opportunities to be involved in both research and clinical work. My manager was very flexible with my schedule as I completed a master's degree. All of my co-workers are very friendly and happy to help one another out.

Cons

The HR department seems to do whatever they can to underpay employees. You have to be willing to fight for more money and be prepared to be rejected several times.
