      Pros

      Allways working with women, Constant exposure to the work. Having a a good commute and place to live. Catching the train was a leasure and not survival.

      Cons

      Damage to my nervous system because of exposure to untreated green house weed, I feel light headed or dont want to move,

      Only company I have felt comfortable at as a woman of color! Only company where I felt valued by it's CEO Amazing talent Great culture CEO is very smart! I learned a lot at this company.

      Cons

      a few difficult to work with colleagues but nothing too crazy.
