      Fun working environment. Supportive team members. Set you up for success and growth. Gives you the opportunity to take your career into your own hands. Exciting industry. Woman owned and run. I have worked at some pretty BAD companies before coming to Vangst. The difference in quality of life that one has when finding a job or career that they are actually excited about is life changing. That is what I experienced after I started working here. I can see myself here for a while and am excited to continue to grow in my career here at Vangst. I see the vision and am ready to experience all that Vangst is capable of.

      I’ve been reading a-lot of reviews left on here and believe there are some disgruntled ex employees that are making things at Vangst seem much worse than the company really is. I’ve been at the company for around 2 years and have seen a-lot during that time. It’s important to remember it is a STARTUP which means there are going to be ups and downs. The industry we work in is also crazy and that means we have to deal with different challenges than a normal recruiting company. Vangst has grown a-lot during my time here and it’s been awesome to see the company break through so many challenges Vangst is the one of the best companies I’ve worked for. It’s not perfect but every experience (good/bad) I’ve had has made me a stronger professional.. There has been a-lot of internal growth in the company and most of the management team was promoted from within which gives team members something to strive for. Pros… -Competitive pay -Room for growth -CEO is available -CEO is transparent -Cannabis training -Invested in the team -Team retreat #campvangst -Values hard work -Most of the leaders are women -People are very responsive on slack if you need anything -Not a clock in/clock out culture -Awesome people

      The turnover people mention is because people don’t hit their goals and there have been a few bad eggs (alcoholic, wrong person for the role) on the team who are vocal and it’s not because the company is toxic. I think a-lot of people on this app try to find a reason to vocalize their frustration instead of owning up to the real reason they’re not with the company anymore. Cons… -Changes in some management -Increased revenue goals every year and goals can be hard to hit -Not a place for lazy people -No 401 k matches -No cell phone reimbursement -Bad hiring decisions in sales and recruiting
