      A Grueling Experience with an Overly Obstinate Team Structure

      The cannabis industry itself had exciting opportunities.

      Cons

      Management made every task feel like an uphill battle, turning simple assignments into arduous, unpleasant ordeals. The leadership's obstinate approach to changes and feedback created a toxic environment where good ideas went to die. It seemed like a chore to get anything approved without endless rounds of pointless revisions. The lack of clear direction and poor communication from the top left everyone scrambling to interpret mixed signals, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
