      Pros

      Bi-weekly pay Some amazing people It’s in Cannabis People recognize the company name

      Cons

      *No real love for the industry or the plant or the culture. In fact, the CEO can’t stand it *Plenty of all company meetings with an admittedly hungover CEO, super classy *Extremely unprofessional and down right mean way of conducting layoffs just a couple of weeks after a pointless company retreat, think Hunger Games *Leadership Team = Sales Team = CEO’s besties and or family = Echo chamber of dumb ideas you have no choice but to follow (ex. Manifest revenue by writing it down on notecards and saying it out loud multiple time during the day…actual advice when asked how to improve performance )

      Growing Pains

      Pros

      Pretty great colleagues who help and trust each other Invests in employees with activities/team building and events Because of the industry, attracts some top tier talent

      Cons

      Volatile CEO- received multiple emails that were clearly written angry. Not a motivator, and while impressive to start a business while in college, a lack of professional experience keeps a true connection from happening with the team Doesn't pay recruiters commissions unless payment is received by client but also doesn't make strong attempts to collect seriously delinquent payments from clients. Result is recruiters being owed tens of thousands of dollars in commissions Does not pay out owed commissions when recruiters leave High turnover of recruiters
