Pros

Great HSA match. I wish I took more advantage of it. Vanguard provides a lot of resources when it comes to licensing.

Cons

It was a phone role but I did learn a lot from it.

Pros

- Good compensation package - Slow pace of work (this is also a Con) - Stability - Work/Life balance

Cons

- Very low tech skills (most employees have very low skills and knowledge) - Dysfunctional top-down model - Dysfunctional budgeting model in most departments - The US is the driving force and other regions have much less autonomy - Unorganized chaos - Promotions based on connections and personal relationships rather than merit (very difficult to get promoted or get a raise) - Feels like a bad version of public sector - Employees in key Directors/Exec levels in tech, do NOT understand tech at all - No one seems to want to work, they do the absolutely minimum
