Pros

I only worked there for half a year before stumbling into a better opportunity, but overall I had a pleasant experience working in RCAS. - Not every manager I heard great things about, but mine was amazing - Seemed they were proactive about internal promoting - Less focused on pedigrees and more emphasis was placed on being a hard worker and competent - Had a pleasant experience with nearly everyone I came into contact with on their campus.

Cons

- Initial pay was low - Like any big company, there's a beaurocratic process that can at times bottleneck workflows.

Pros

Great job security, money is perfectly good, people are kind to one another.

Cons

Heavily relationship based when it comes to upward mobility - you need other leaders to like you if you’re going to ever get promoted, and everybody talks to one another so bad relationships will be learned about elsewhere in the company.
