Pros

- Four weeks of vacation - 37.5 hour work weeks - If your not hired to a phone group life is pretty good. - Great training to obtain your licenses

Cons

- Little or no career development even at the Corp HQ in Valley Forge area. Encourages brown nosing. - If your hired on the phone very little chance to move off it. - Diversity over talent. - Pay is below average

Pros

Benefits are good, but not what they used to be. Bonuses are good, but not what they used to be. No room for advancement, unless you are a minority. Work-life is good.

Cons

Vanguard used to be obsessed with being the best place to work, now every manager asks, "don't you think this is still better than many places to work?"

Pros

It is a company that promotes growth within. There is definitely room for career advancement

Cons

Feels more like a college campus. Could use some season employees! Tenure employees (6-10 years) expressed being overlooked for positions while college students were being hired for those positions.
