Pros

The one good thing about working there was the job security. No one that I know of was laid off during the years I was employed there.

Cons

I was very uncomfortable working in my last position. The women liked to flirt with other women which made me feel uncomfortable. Multiple complaints to management did nothing to reign in the more aggressive employees, and the behavior of the supervisors was just as bad as the worst employees.

Pros

You can get paid for doing very, very little if you are not at all ambitious.

Cons

Little possibility for career advancement. The "great benefits" everyone talks about are all but gone. Micromanagement for the sake of micromanagement. Tonedeaf management. ...and the kicker, they play the "even though things are getting worse here, at least you have a job" card.

Pros

* Decent 401(k) match but the six year vesting period takes away a lot of the appeal (median employment for any US worker is approximately four years at any firm) *Amazing co workers *Stable job as long as long as you toe the line and keep your head down *Good work life balance *Partnership Day events *Decent PTO allowance and flexible time off

Cons

*Lean is used as a euphemism for cheap, they are always looking for ways to penny pinch and reduce crew benefits over time (while not investing in technology or crew) *Do nothing middle management presiding over a bureaucratic nightmare *Hot desking * Often ghoulish senior management that has been out of touch for years *At times, the firm treats both long-standing clients and tenured crew as pests for believing in the original mission over pure profits *Front line crew are the last to hear about essential updates or company changes, which looks bad when interacting with loyal clients
