Pros

The pay is very high

Cons

An extremely toxic culture of fear and manipulation. The use large salaries, bonus and lies about what the job entitles in order to use you to breaking point to boost numbers. Phrases like ‘drink the cool aid’ are common place and the micromanagement is beyond anything I could have prepared for. I have never been more unhappy in a job role and I know that this feeling was felt across many others. I raised considers with HR with were ignored and was scrutinised for arrive and leaving on time when I was scheduled. You will never work your contracted hours. I would encourage anyone to deeply reconsider taking a job at this company especially in the Manchester office.
