Pros

It is a low stress job. You can truly leave work at work. They do a nice job allowing employees to balance work and life. Great job security

Cons

Underpaid compared to other firms in the area. There is limited room for advancement in the Charlotte office. If you would like to do anything outside of a phone position or IT you need to move to PA or AZ.

Pros

Excellent benefits, great for people who are just entering the workforce, low stress and a great atmosphere to work.

Cons

The pay is respectable but not comparable to compensation of other companies, there is limited upward mobility and you may be stuck in the same position for quite some time.

Pros

Professional corporate environment. Excellent benefits, I get seven weeks off now. Great work / life balance. Plenty of opportunity to move around.

Cons

Under staffed IT departments lead to not enough people to do all the work. Near non-existent promotions for IT staff, you have to post for another position to get promoted.
