Well recognized industry leader, highly ethical practices, colleagues respectful of each other, commitment to diversity. Emphasis on training.

Cons

Very limited potential to grow your career. To go into upper echelons of managements is to obtain a Ivy League degree.

Lack of quality training Lack of praise for hard workers Starting to Micromanage people Lack of listening to employees as to how broken windows can be fixed (as if they hear you but fail to execute) Trying to manage people out of the company Hard to switch departments if you are not meeing productivity or quality expectations that are relatively impossible to obtain
