Pros

Great place to gain experience. Good benefits. Get paid to learn about investing. 37.5 hour workweek. Paid training to obtain securities licenses.

Cons

Very little long term opportunity, especially for older, or experienced workers. Stress. Expectation that everyone fit in the same mold.

Pros

Lots of recognition diverse crew good training no layoffs

Cons

Limited budget means limited career opportunities Unprofessional co-workers (depending on department) One of the pros (no layoffs) also means being stuck with individuals who should be let go

Pros

Vacation is great, so is matching for 401K

Cons

Once you've worked there long enough to have a strong, stable resume, there's no reason to stay because it's difficult to move upwards.
