Pros

Decent benefits. This is literally the only pro. I could only imagine this being a good place to work for someone who only has a high school education and 7 kids.

Cons

Low pay, unintelligent coworkers, zero motivation to exceed because raises and promotions are rare, and even promotions come with LOW raises. You are treated like a robot. And, if you work here long enough you will become one.

Pros

If you play the game you will get promoted. Great opportunities to learn about all aspects of the financial world. Great facilities. (gym, cafeteria, etc.) Tuition reimbursement of 9k per year.

Cons

They hire and promote some of the DUMBEST people in addition to deserving people. Some of the customers are crazy as they come. Heavy politics.
