- You can switch jobs within Vanguard every 18 months. - Summer Bonus program tied to company and market performance. - Year-end bonus also. - Training available through Vanguard University to keep your skills up-to date.

Cons

- Pretty conservative, may not be for everybody. - Still wear ties and jackets.

Great work/life balance. The people are great to work with and the company is very ethical and is looking out for the best interests of investors.

Cons

In the satelite sites, there can be limited growth opportunites. Many of the roles are in a call center environment.
