Cooperative, uplifting culture Good benefits Management really tries to help you succeed Team leaders help you set goals and give you reviews to help you improve your performance Most employees seems happy to be there because of the culture

Cons

Pay is low Upward mobility into the better positions is tough if you are not at the main office in PA (because there are fewer higher up positions at the smaller offices)

Pros

They really do invest in their employees. They have a great intranet, and their e-learnings are solid. They encourage a work-life balance, which is rare in this industry.

Cons

They are a little bit slow to adapt to new technologies. Also, the work environment is a little stiff - people need to have more fun. Lighten up a little
