Pros

They pay you during licensing which is basically just studying for several months Decent benefits for an entry level role

Cons

You are micromanaged down to the minute. Very much a call center vibe and everything you do is tracked. You are expected to take back to back calls all day with little reprieve. Half the time you are being yelled at by frustrated clients. Sign-on bonus will be clawed back if you leave within a year because so many people try to jump ship once they actually start in the role.

Pros

Paid licensing Lengthy but thorough training Great brand to have on your resume

Cons

The work itself is very exhausting because it is a client facing role but you learn great CRM skills. Otherwise biggest con is the amount of time you need to spend on phones before internal promotion
