Pros

benefits are great, this role is very flexible as you make your own hours to work your 40 hour work week.

Cons

but there is a large disconnect with management. The role has changed significantly and they expect the same sales metrics which is impossible unless you allow your schedule to be available 12 hours per day.

Pros

-401(k) -Flex fund -Some upward mobility -Flexible WFH

Cons

This place is a glorified call center. The technology is always crashing, and advisors are on the front lines to deal with it. You are handcuffed by Vanguard metrics, and the company has a very cringey corporate vibe where all the humor revolves around "almost Friday." The comp is decent for what it is, but I would not stick around very long here. Much better opportunities at most RIAs and the income here is capped pretty early on.
