Pros

Digital Advice Platform is a great department to work at depending on if your team is impacted, I saw it varied from team to team.

Cons

Some teams were swamped hard with work while others were doing swimmingly, Aside from that, the tech and standard of talent were good.

Pros

Nothing really apart from the 401K & so called work life balance

Cons

Biggest problem is that the workplace is saturated, no scope for growth or career progression, of course unless you have internal connections. Salary also too low. Even you are a top performer, no one really cares, I honestly feel it’s for mediocre people with zero ambition. Now I work as a financial advisor with another company and I am satisfied, it’s grueling but pay and scope for upward succession is good.
