Pros

Excellent licensing training program Great cafeteria food

Cons

Poor benefits selection. Salary is even worse. They waste time and money on getting people licensed and trained when anyone with half a bit of intelligence will figure out they can take the license elsewhere for significantly higher pay. Clients wait on hold for hours at a time to reach almost ANY department which leaves queues packed with hundreds of unhappy clients. The number of college graduates and new hires outweighs any sort of tenure by astronomical numbers which leaves an overwhelming majority cluelessly fumbling througout the day and having to be mothered and reminded they're no longer in school (i.e. wear socks, don't put your feet on your desk). On top of that, networking seems to be synonymous with bootlicking and everyone is practically climbing over each other's backs trying to be the next person in line for a promotion...it's definitely about who you know and not what you know.

Pros

Good work life balance as well as nice benefit package. PTO and vesting 401k are nice perks as you progress

Cons

They reduced the importance of Partnership and use a "rank and yank" performance system to reduce headcount without "laying off". They had to add severance as a benefit since they were being sued

Pros

Good benefits and fair paid time off.

Cons

They are know the employment market is tough and they let you know it. If you are over 40 you are looked at as old. Management (top) is very arrogant. Metrics are everything to Vanguard..
