Pros

Good investment philosophy, core of their business remains strong, and focus on client (most times)

Cons

decline in leadership quality (senior levels), Truth to passively pushing tenured (and older 45+) employees out, younger employees pushed further up and faster, more opportunities

Pros

Great benefits, great business and personal friendships. You can learn as much as you want and obtain valuable skills.

Cons

Overworked and stressful environment in operations. No support from upper management. Favoritism for opportunities. No real say in employees reviews. If they want you out they make sure you are going out the door.

Pros

Great training program. 401k match. I have nothing else good to say. I liked my co workers that is about it.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Treat you like a child. They do not tell you its a call center until its too late. Management only cares about clients not employees.
