      Pros

      You get your series 7 and 63 Build investment acumen which can be applied to your own life Great benefits and retirement

      Cons

      You take 40+ calls everyday without MAYBE 30 secs in between each one, its feels like you are working in a factory doing the same thing all day There are really zero skills you build besides CRM and personal finance knowledge It is very difficult to get off the phone, internal positions in any other departments want someone with more transferable skills than you can build here Very low pay according to the industry standard and how much work you actually do

      The benefits are nice and the buildings are nice looking. In addition to the pay raises and PTO they offer.

      Cons

      This company is an absolute train wreck, I came here with the intentions of doing actual coding development however like everyone they place you in s IT support role. The management is incompetent and so is all of IT. You won't have much to do starting out because the majority of your team will be something one trying to fix something because this company is so behind times. The lack of leadership, mentorship and absolute toxic company culture is appalling. If you were on the fence about joining this company please let this be the review to talk you out of it.
