Where to begin. This used to be the best company to work for. Not anymore. No work life balance, no flexibility and the recent tag line is do more with less. Don't know how much more can be done when your employees morale is in the toilet. No reason to bust your but anymore. Re vamped partnership payouts, lowered range for salary grades and removed bonuses for previously eligible crew. Company stopped caring about their workforce a long time ago. Starting to cost me to go to work with this new environment. Never seen where your with a company 20+ years and your yearly take home goes down.

base pay is low, and getting lower even though cash flow is positive. terrible career pathing, very difficult to move up in company-middle management/top management displays no transparency or loyalty to employees-only to the company's bottom line
