      My team works together very well and great supervisor.

      Cons

      Current president is a glass half empty leader. Not much interaction between departments that need to share information. LOTS of turnover unfortunately in some departments.

      My experience with Vanliner was good for the first 14 years.

      Cons

      If you do NOT have a college degree and have been in the work force for 40+ years, they do not respect your experience over the lack of a college degree. The give you a lot of vacation time, but, they do not expect you to use it.
